Marv’s Place provides 20 units of much needed affordable housing for formerly homeless families in the greater Los Angeles region.
This Mediterranean-style development consists of a three-story, on-grade, apartment building with 10 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units.
The building includes laundry, rental office and recreation rooms.
Twenty-one parking spaces are provided in an on-grade enclosed podium structure.
The building surrounds a central recreational courtyard creating privacy and community for the families who live there.
Onsite social services are provided by Union Station Homeless Services to offer families the tools and resources they need to end their cycle of homelessness and lead stable, productive lives.
