The Cesar Chavez Foundation asked ONYX to create a conceptual design for a multifamily housing development.
This development consists of 125 units on land currently owned by the Pomona Unified School District.
Approximately 25 percent of the apartments are reserved for persons with special needs.
The project will feature a 15,000-square-foot neighborhood health clinic, recreation rooms, therapy gardens, a tot lot, and offices for supportive services for tenants.
Additionally, there is 15,000-square-foot pocket park.
Approximately 25 percent of the apartments are reserved for persons with special needs.
In 2012, ONYX was commissioned to help redesign the building’s interior and return the space closer to its original condition.
