Steve Kuchenski | AIA

Principal

Steve Kuchenski is one of the four principals in the firm. He leads the Urban Practice Group, serving as Principal-in-Charge on the diverse firm’s projects.

He has been practicing architecture in the Los Angeles area for more than 30 years. His responsibilities have included design, project coordination, production of contract documents and contract administration. Steve’s project portfolio includes more than 50 housing projects, many of which were developed in challenging settings with a mix of funding sources. His special expertise is in governmental programs, building codes, ADA requirements, and Type V housing construction.

Steve once said, "Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers." Or maybe Herbert Hoover said that. Either way, Steve would be quick to admit that he loves fly fishing almost more than the ASCE Codes and Standards.
