The proposed development project for St. Andrews consisted of a transformation of an existing parking lot into enclosed and courtyard church and school program spaces and multi-family housing.
The programming for this project encompasses the addition of a new gymnasium and fellowship support spaces.
Additionally, the creation of 260 multi-family living units, with 20% dedicated to affordable housing.
Underground parking facilities were designed to accommodate these new functions as well as serve the existing church.
The goal of the design was to tie-together the church and school campus.
It was also important to provide a stronger urban identity to a part of the City long neglected.
