ONYX is providing full architectural services to National Community Renaissance to build this 5-story infill project next to Pasadena's City Hall.
The affordable senior apartment complex offers 111 units and office space for supportive services provided by Union Station and Hope Through Housing.
The project fits within a 60 ft height district and features a monumental arched entrance leading to an interior courtyard with axial views to and from City Hall.
A secondary arched entrance connects to the multipurpose community room at the southwest corner, enhancing community engagement.
The project addresses the surrounding Civic Center context, surrounded by historically significant landmarks, City Hall to the East, George Hale Building to the North, and YMCA Centennial Place.
Additionally, an upper-level courtyard provides residents with views and connection to Holly Street activity
