This project consists of the construction of a new three-story, 35-unit apartment building.
The building’s ground level consists of two-bedroom townhome-style units while the third floor has one- and two-bedroom flats, each with a private patio or balcony.
A subterranean parking garage with space for 66 cars has been included for residents' convenience.
It is designed in compliance with the City of Pasadena Multifamily Residential District Garden Development Standards.
It also contributes to the City’s Sustainable Action Plan by providing strict energy compliance with recycled building materials, energy efficient lighting and mechanical systems, increased thermal insulation, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The site also features storm water retention and infiltration chambers beneath the subterranean parking garage to capture rainwater on-site and prevent surcharge on the public storm drainage systems.
