ONYX Architects is designing a new multifamily complex immediately south of the City of Pasadena’s Civic Center.
The complex will provide 86 residential units in three- and four-story buildings over one level of podium semi-subterranean garage with 117 spaces.

Outdoor spaces include courtyards, garden roof deck, barbecue area, trellised seating areas, and private unit patios and balconies.
The design conforms to the City of Gardens zoning ordinance and meets or exceeds the city’s sustainability requirements.
