Lincoln Crossing
Altadena, CA

The program calls for 220,000 square feet of space for a variety of commercial uses, including a 24-Hour Fitness health club, housing, office, retail and restaurant spaces. The project creates a new urban core in a community with an underutilized housing, commercial and industrial fabric. The project started with utilizing the talents of Eric Lloyd Wright to provide a design vision that the community could support. Lincoln Center has been planned to provide for a badly needed street life and to carefully re-weave the patterns of the neighborhood. The plan allows people to take advantage of the new amenities at the same time providing safety, utility and beauty of the district in a pedestrian-oriented development.
